The new product development activity examines your existing business concepts. Then using methodical principles and thinking tools we go step by step through a path which leads us to develop the new generation.

Course Duration

The course typically takes two days, but can be split for 4 half days. Developing real products is run like a project, and it will be defined per challenge and organization.
